Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Akron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are executed accurately
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality work is being completed within designated timeframes
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to project plans and specifications
- Communicate updates and progress reports to clients and upper management on a regular basis
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Salary: $1400 per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation. English speaking proficiency is preferred but not required. Non-native speakers must have at least intermediate English skills. This job is open to all nationalities.
