Slinger - Construction Worker (Nepali)

We are in need of a skilled Slinger to join our construction team in Nakuru. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for moving and positioning heavy materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include attaching loads to cranes, signaling crane operators, and ensuring the safe movement of materials.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Slinger and be physically fit to handle heavy equipment. A strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to communicate effectively with crane operators is also essential.

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. You must also have good English speaking skills to effectively communicate with our diverse team. While accommodation will not be provided, we offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
