We are currently hiring for the position of Slinger in Nakuru. This is an urgent job opportunity and we are looking for candidates with experience in this field. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely moving and positioning heavy loads using cranes, hoists, or other equipment. This job requires physical strength and good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving using hand and power tools
- Move or position materials such as steel beams, lumber, or machinery using hoists, cranes, or other equipment
- Signal or direct crane operators to move loads to ensure safety of workers and materials
- Inspect rigging equipment and perform maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicate with team members effectively to ensure smooth operations on the worksite

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Slinger or similar role is required
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to operate hoists, cranes, and other rigging equipment safely
- High attention to detail and good communication skills
- Valid work visa (if non-Kenyan) and ability to work legally in the country
