Back-End Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Porto on a contract basis. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end of our web applications, ensuring they are efficient, secure and user-friendly. You will work closely with the front-end development team to integrate their work with the server-side logic. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic for our web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate their work with the back-end
- Design and implement data storage solutions
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure security and data protection measures are in place
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby
- Experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Salary: The salary for this position is $900 per month.
