Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for a well-established restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant and be familiar with Filipino cuisine. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring high-quality service.
- Train, supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet financial goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle customers' complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and increasing sales.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.

Salary: AED 1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai, UAE
