Land Surveyor - Mecca, Saudi Arabia


A reputable land surveying company in Mecca is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate measurements of land and structures in various locations throughout Mecca. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, roads, and other structures using specialized equipment
- Prepare detailed reports and sketches of survey findings
- Utilize GPS technology, laser scanners, and other tools to collect data
- Analyze data to create maps, charts, and plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to land surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the Middle East region
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Strong knowledge of GPS technology and surveying equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position is open to Kenyan nationals only. English proficiency is not required for this role. The successful candidate must have their own accommodation in Mecca as this position does not come with accommodation.
