Head Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Jizan, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus with innovative and creative dishes that reflect our restaurant's style
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure that dishes are consistently of high quality and presentation
- Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and providing feedback on performance
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective strategies for menu planning and pricing
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
