Project Manager - Construction (Chelyabinsk, Russia)



As a Project Manager for our construction projects in Chelyabinsk, Russia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful completion of the project within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Oversee all construction activities and ensure they are in line with project specifications
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project budget and expenses to ensure cost effectiveness
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, regulations, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
