Project Manager for International Development Projects



We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing international development projects in various sectors, including education, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure successful implementation
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, international development)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management or related role
- Experience managing international development projects is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Salary: $1600 per month

This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are English speaking. We welcome applications from recent graduates or individuals without prior experience. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
