Gardener Supervisor (Egyptian or Nepali preferred) - Ufa, Russia


We are a gardening company based in Ufa, Russia and we are seeking a skilled Gardener Supervisor to join our team. As the Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our clients' gardens. This position requires hands-on experience in gardening and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of gardeners and provide guidance and training as needed
- Plan and schedule garden maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, etc.
- Monitor garden conditions and identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely by the team
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or special requests
- Maintain inventory of gardening supplies and equipment
- Keep accurate records of all gardening activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gardening or landscaping
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, flowers, and other greenery
- Experience in supervising a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of Russian language preferred
