We are in search of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Ufa. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants, trees, and overall landscaping of our clients' properties. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs
- Maintaining flower beds and gardens by watering, weeding, and fertilizing as needed
- Mowing lawns and maintaining overall lawn health
- Cleaning and maintaining garden tools and equipment
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Assisting with the design and planning of new gardens or landscaping projects

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Gardener
- Knowledge of different plants, trees, flowers, and their care requirements
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment effectively
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
