Construction Manager - Herzliya, Israel


We are currently hiring a Construction Manager for our team in Herzliya, Israel. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency or prior experience. The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and visa sponsorship if needed.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on our projects. This includes coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that may arise
- Manage budget and expenses for each project
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
- Prior experience in construction management is not necessary but preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members to achieve project goals
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
