Web Designer

Our company, a leading web design agency in Los Angeles, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. Your primary focus will be on designing website layouts, creating graphics and images, and optimizing website functionality. You must have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Designing website layouts that are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Creating graphics and images for websites using tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborating with other team members including developers and copywriters to ensure cohesive design
- Conducting user testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments
- Ensuring all designs are responsive and compatible with different browsers
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Excellent visual design skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Los Angeles (remote work may be considered)
