Entry-Level Metal Worker


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Entry-Level Metal Worker to join our team in Akron. As an Entry-Level Metal Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to metal fabrication, including cutting, shaping, and joining metal pieces. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark metal pieces according to blueprints or specifications
- Cut and shape metal using various tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Join metal pieces together by welding or using adhesives
- Use hand tools and machinery to bend, punch, and drill holes in metal
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Must have basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints or specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid work visa for employment in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with sheet metal or other metals preferred but not required
- Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment preferred but not required
