Android Developer


We are hiring for a skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our team in Mauren. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for various devices running on the Android operating system. Your primary focus will be on creating user-friendly and efficient applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new features, and ensuring the best possible performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, reliability, and general stability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mobile application development

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Android Developer (at least 2 years)
- Proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Excellent debugging skills
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with design patterns such as MVP or MVVM
- Good communication skills (in English)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
