Junior Florist

We are searching for a creative and passionate Junior Florist to join our team in Gujrat. As a Junior Florist, you will assist in creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior florists in creating floral arrangements and bouquets according to client preferences
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Preparing flowers for arrangements by removing thorns, trimming stems, and conditioning blooms
- Helping with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed
- Assisting in setting up and decorating event spaces with floral designs
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and taking orders from clients

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in designing floral arrangements
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (flower buckets, vases)
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays when needed

Preferred:
- Previous experience in a floral shop or event planning company
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and seasonality
- Basic knowledge of design principles (color theory, balance)
- Fluency in local language (Gujarati) is an advantage
