As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure successful completion of projects within the given timeline. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of professionals to achieve project goals
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Salary & Benefits:
