Teamlead - Women's Empowerment Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead for our Women's Empowerment Program in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated individuals in creating and implementing initiatives that promote gender equality and empower women in the workplace. Your main responsibilities will include developing and managing program goals, coordinating with external partners and stakeholders, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in women's empowerment programs or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of gender equality issues and strategies for empowering women
- Ability to develop and implement program goals and strategies
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building partnerships

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of program staff to develop, implement, and evaluate initiatives that promote gender equality in the workplace
- Develop program goals, strategies, and action plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with external partners such as NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations to build partnerships and support for the program
- Monitor progress towards program goals and make adjustments as needed to ensure success
- Develop reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact for internal stakeholders and funders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Gender Studies, Social Work or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in women's empowerment programs or related fields; experience working in Pakistan is a plus
- Strong understanding of gender equality issues and strategies for empowering women; knowledge of local context is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and build partnerships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Urdu is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
