IT Support Specialist


We are in search of an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining our company's computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on company's computer systems
- Train new employees on company's computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep track of customer inquiries and resolutions using a ticketing system
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms to non-technical individuals
- Proven experience providing remote technical support is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
