As a Gardener at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties in Faro, Portugal. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all gardening tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Maintain and care for all plants, flowers, trees and shrubs on clients' properties.
- Ensure that all garden equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Plan and execute seasonal changes to gardens and outdoor spaces.
- Monitor the health of plants and identify any pests or diseases.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their gardening preferences and requirements.
- Provide suggestions for landscaping improvements or enhancements.
- Prepare cost estimates for new projects or garden renovations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, trees and shrubs, as well as their care requirements.
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in outdoor spaces.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects or digging holes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
