Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Almada. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a bakery setting, with knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and desserts. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency in all baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train and mentor junior bakery staff

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker in a bakery setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
