We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Fitter. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in starting their career as a fitter and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced fitters with the installation of mechanical systems such as pipes, valves, and pumps.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
- Help troubleshoot and repair issues with mechanical systems.
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Learn and develop skills in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge of mechanical systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible to work in Norway.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Bergen, Norway. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Bergen or have plans to relocate there.
