We are a bustling flower shop in the picturesque city of Bergen, Norway and we are seeking a talented and passionate Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their flower selections and executing their orders with precision.

To be successful in this role, you must have a creative eye for detail and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements. As our Florist, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our inventory is well-stocked with fresh flowers and that our shop is beautifully presented at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Creative flair and ability to design unique floral arrangements
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for customer service
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions
- Assisting customers with their flower selections and executing their orders accurately
- Maintaining the shop's inventory by ordering fresh flowers regularly
- Ensuring that the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborating with team members to come up with creative ideas for new designs or promotions
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into your designs

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bergen, Norway (accommodation provided)
Visa sponsorship available for non-Norwegian candidates.
