Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist



The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying patterns and trends, and providing insights to drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data using various tools and techniques
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data in a meaningful way
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Create predictive models to forecast business outcomes
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Alta, Norway (with accommodation provided)
