Mason Supervisor

A construction company in Moscow is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons
- Plan and schedule construction projects, allocating resources and materials as needed
- Inspect work sites to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with project managers to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns
- Monitor the quality of work being done by the masons, making adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise during construction, finding solutions to keep the project on track

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
