We are in search of a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Akron. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upgrading our company's network and computer systems. Your main duties will include configuring network hardware and software, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to employees.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Network and Systems Administrator. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, as well as experience with network monitoring tools.

As this is a position that requires working with both hardware and software systems, we are looking for a candidate who has excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You must also have the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
