Network and Systems Administrator



We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Akron, USA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in network and systems administration, and be able to work independently. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other related systems. The successful candidate will also handle troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as implementing security measures to protect our network. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all aspects of our network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
- Configure and maintain servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other related systems
- Install new hardware and software as needed
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop solutions for any technical challenges
- Ensure all network equipment is up-to-date with the latest software versions
- Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Proven experience in network and systems administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA/Fortinet) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in Akron, USA. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or upgrades.
