Senior Architect (Part-Time)



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Khanpur. Your expertise and experience will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of these projects, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Creating detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design software
- Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions and overseeing construction progress
- Managing a team of junior architects and delegating tasks accordingly
- Ensuring that all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new technologies into designs

To excel in this role, you must have:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Khanpur (or willingness to learn)

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. The working hours will be flexible but may require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project deadlines. Please note that this position does not come with accommodation.
