Architectural Technologist

We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed technical drawings and plans for building construction projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and comply with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed building plans based on project requirements
- Use CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings of building designs
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions
- Prepare technical documentation including specifications, schedules, and material lists
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1700 per month (contract job)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (no accommodation provided)
