Gardener for Private Estate in Chelyabinsk



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team at a private estate in Chelyabinsk. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the grounds of the estate, including lawns, flower beds, and trees
- Planting, pruning, and trimming various plants and trees
- Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases
- Regularly watering and fertilizing plants
- Seasonal preparations such as mulching and winterizing
- Assisting with landscaping projects as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Gardener
- Proficient in various gardening techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and how to treat them
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for maintaining the aesthetics of the estate

Preferred:
- Experience working on private estates or high-end properties
- Certification or training in horticulture or landscaping
