Mason Supervisor


We are hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of masons in Malindi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising masons and be able to work with different types of materials such as bricks, stones, and concrete. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of all masonry work on our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
- Plan and organize daily tasks for the team
- Inspect and approve completed work for quality control
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Collaborate with other supervisors and project managers to coordinate schedules and resources
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Proficient in working with various masonry materials such as bricks, stones, and concrete
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Swahili is an advantage)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Malindi, Kenya. Preference will be given to candidates living locally.

Note:
This job is open only to Indian nationals who have authorization to work in Kenya.
