We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team in Malindi. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures and surfaces using various types of brick, stone, concrete, and other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine materials needed
- Prepare building surfaces by laying out patterns, cutting bricks or stones to fit, and mixing mortar
- Lay bricks or stones in rows or patterns according to construction plans
- Use various tools such as trowels, levels, and hammers to shape and smooth surfaces
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or stones
- Ensure structures are level and plumb using specialized equipment
- Clean finished surfaces with special chemicals and water to remove excess mortar
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in construction projects
- Knowledge of different types of masonry materials and their uses
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination for precise workmanship
- Good communication skills to work effectively with teammates
