Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel facilities and amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Book reservations for guests at local restaurants or attractions
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, policies, and local area attractions
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
