We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating our team of staff members to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract more customers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and health regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
