We are searching for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Ward team in Sharjah. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to young patients and supporting their families during their hospital stay. This position requires strong communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients' health status and developing appropriate care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to any changes in condition
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients and families on disease management and preventive measures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Active nursing license in Sharjah or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a nurse in a pediatric setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. The schedule may include day, evening, or night shifts based on the needs of the ward. The candidate must be willing to work weekends or holidays if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in pediatric nursing
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to speak Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred
