Job Title: Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts within our company. This includes creating, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients and vendors, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will also be in charge of monitoring contract performance and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A biometric passport is required for this position. This is a contract position based in Al-Malikiyah with a salary of $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding contract terms and obligations
- Identify potential risks or issues in contracts and propose solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to contracts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport is required
