Senior Architect (Remish)


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Remish. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, from planning to completion. You will lead a team of architects and collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects, including concept development, schematic design, and construction documents.
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor progress throughout all stages of the project and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 900$ per month. This is a full-time position but we are open to considering part-time arrangements for exceptional candidates. Candidates must have a valid work permit for Remish.
