Senior Executive Chef

Our 5-star hotel in St-Petersburg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Chef to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative menus that cater to our diverse clientele
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Oversee food preparation, portion control, plating techniques, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized institution
- Excellent knowledge of various cuisines, cooking methods, ingredients, and nutrition
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional creativity with a passion for delivering high-quality dishes
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000 per month plus accommodation provided.
