Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and organizational tasks in our Los Angeles office. You will serve as the main point of contact for all employees and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling correspondence, and supporting HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, with accommodation provided. No previous experience or English proficiency is required for this position. International candidates with their own visa are welcome to apply. This position is also suitable for students looking for part-time work.
