Job Title: Rental Coordinator/Manager
We are a leading rental company based in Eldoret and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Rental Coordinator/Manager to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental department, including managing inventory, coordinating with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of rental equipment
- Coordinate with clients to schedule rentals and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Oversee rental contracts and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor rental rates and adjust as needed to remain competitive
- Train and supervise rental staff to provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the rental industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using rental software (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
