Part-Time Administrator in Braga
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Braga. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our daily operations and ensuring efficient and effective performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoicing and payments
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. The working hours will be flexible and can be adjusted based on the candidate's availability. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate if needed. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Portugal.
