Cashier (Part-Time)
We are hiring an experienced Cashier to join our team in Al Buraymi! As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints. This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Cashier in a retail or hospitality setting
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Must be legally authorized to work in Al Buraymi
