Architectural Technologist - Akron, OH (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Akron, OH. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits, and collaborating with architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of drawings, plans, and specifications for architectural projects
- Carry out site visits to collect data and ensure project progress meets design requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient project delivery
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to inform design decisions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Ohio preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Salary: $1000 per month
