Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Bungoma, Kenya

Our manufacturing company in Bungoma is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machines, including but not limited to drilling machines, milling machines, and lathes. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure production runs smoothly
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and make necessary repairs
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience operating various types of machines in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but Malayalees and Filipinos are preferred. This job does not require fluency in English, but basic communication skills are required. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
