We are a bustling bakery in search of an experienced Baker to join our team in Bungoma. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various baking techniques and ingredients, as well as a passion for creating high-quality products. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Coordinate with other bakery staff to ensure timely production and delivery of products
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed in the handling and storage of ingredients
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Baker in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of various baking techniques, tools, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable depending on experience)
