Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Based in the beautiful city of Vianden, you will work closely with clients and project managers to ensure that all designs meet their specific requirements and budget constraints. This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer who is passionate about architecture and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and create custom architectural plans
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other software programs to create 2D and 3D models
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design purposes
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, material specifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
