Indian Cuisine Chef

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Plovdiv. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic Indian dishes and managing the kitchen operations. This position requires a highly creative individual with a passion for Indian cuisine and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare traditional Indian dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef
- Expertise in preparing various regional Indian dishes, including vegetarian options
- Strong knowledge of spices, herbs, and other ingredients used in Indian cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
