We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Siauliai. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance and care to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. Your main duties will include assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication reminders and light housekeeping.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working as a caregiver and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have a patient and empathetic nature, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations with ease. A high level of physical fitness is also required, as this job may involve lifting and transferring clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor client's health status and report any changes to the appropriate medical professionals
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Follow all health and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a caregiver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is considered an asset)
- Compassionate nature with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical fitness for lifting and transferring clients
- Basic knowledge of first aid/CPR is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
