We are a busy and well-established barbershop located in Faro, seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month. We are open to candidates without experience, as long as you have the drive and dedication to learn and grow in this profession.

As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services to our valued customers. You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customers' requests and provide them with expert advice on suitable haircuts or styles
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services according to clients' preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Sterilize tools and equipment after each use
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
- Handle transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of different haircutting techniques and styles
- Familiarity with various types of hair textures and facial hair growth patterns
- Must be legally authorized to work in Faro without visa sponsorship
