Slinger Supervisor



We are seeking an experienced Slinger Supervisor to join our team in Nairobi. As a Slinger Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the slinging department. This includes overseeing the loading and unloading of materials, managing a team of sling operators, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the slinging department
- Train and manage a team of sling operators
- Ensure all materials are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently
- Identify any potential safety hazards and take immediate action to prevent accidents
- Maintain accurate records of materials handled and equipment used
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or overages to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues for repair or replacement

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Slinger or similar role
- Proven experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to slinging operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials

Salary:
1500$ per month, negotiable based on experience.
